|authentic you| women’s empowerment workshop

discover - recharge - go forward

How often do we forget to take care of ourselves or to remember what makes us unique and powerful as women? We glow, we are beautiful, we are strong, and we are courageous when we know exactly who we are and where we are going.

So who is this workshop for?

Life isn’t always like wearing rose-colored glasses. Life can hit us hard with unforeseen challenges and obstacles or bring losses that shake our very being.

  • Women who are at the precipice of a huge life transition and need to re-center and find purpose for that new unknown

  • Women who feel lost and out of touch with who they are and what makes them authentic and strong

  • Women who are tired from the daily grind of the day and require positive recharging so that we can not only love ourselves but those around us

  • Women who want to connect with other women and find uplifting and encouragement in this day of solidarity

  • Women who have always been in awe of horses and would like to tap into those childhood fantasies

  • Women who are fearful of horses but are open to giving courage a chance and growing tremendously from it

So what does this one-day workshop look like?

This workshop usually runs for the day, but can be customized per your schedule! The workshop runs ideally with 3-4 individuals. Some of the skills we will work on in this empowerment workshop are building a relationship with yourself and others, establishing and reinforcing boundaries that validate your comfort space, finding balance with our head-gut communication, and unblocking our sources of strength and clarity to help us in our day-to-day.

Our horses will help you every step of the way as they hear and feel everything that is within you. Sometimes, we can get caught living in our past, living with our mistakes instead of growing past them. Join us for a one-day workshop where our team of horses help you rediscover your strengths and what makes you authentic, so that you can meet each day with vigor and joy!
