exciting 2025-2026 initiatives

dream care

fostering recovery from cancer through equine-assisted groundwork as well as a community approach for those in need of solidarity and support

• our hope is to provide a fully sponsored, no-cost six week session (60-75 min session): $125 per session per participant or a total of $4,500 per six-week session for 6 participants! as well as for a child/parent program for the same cost for our younger clients

dream lessons

Many students with special needs can benefit from farm time and therapeutic riding, but not all are yet ready to participate in our hour-long Dream Riders program for various reasons ranging from physically being unable to sit on a horse yet for an hour, requiring more one-on-one care for emotional regulation, or having other required therapies making only weekday private sessions possible. We would love to be able to extend our care and create a private lesson riding fund for those families who are unable to afford therapeutic riding and are not yet ready for a group format

• Therapeutic riding lessons require at least three support personnel and a certified therapeutic riding instructor. Each 30-45 min session is about $75 so we would love to have a fund of $900 monthly to hold to 3 lessons per week throughout the year at no-cost

dream birthday

Every year, we aim to create magical birthday experiences for all our students, but it has been more pressing that children with special needs do not always have equal access to birthday opportunities or ways to shine on their special day!

• With our background of being a safe and inclusive space and offering pony rides, goat and donkey petting, grooming horses, bunny meet&greet, buggy ride, and more, we hope to create a fully-sponsored birthday fund for families with special needs: $825 per birthday party to invite up to 15 guests with enough staff to support the needs of all attending families.

dreamweaver care

All of our therapeutic programming would not be made possible without the support and welfare of our therapy herd.

• For an entire year of veterinary care and support, medications (as most of our herd is older and requires extensive care to stay sound and comfortable), supplements for old age and past injuries, high quality and ample hay, consistent farrier and hoof care, feed from Purina specialists, and year-round management care

• monthly: $300 per horse (11 horses + 7 goats + 3 donkeys + 3 bunnies)

  $4,000: monthly cost to support the entire barn

  $48,000: year-round cost to support our entire herd
